Merry Christmas 2012

First off MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE SCHELLENBERGS!

This Christmas was busy and fun all at the same time!

We started out with decorating the house up real nice!

Ok so tree and decorations are up so we are ready for Christmas day to come!!

First thing we did was Grandma took the kids and I to zoo lights! We had so much fun and the kids had a blast looking at the lights!

Fell asleep on the way to the zoo!

Waiting for Grandma and sister to get out of the bathroom...

We started our celebrating with the Schellenbergs side of the family on Saturday, we went to grandmas and has some yummy food and lots and lots of laughs!

Then on Sunday we went to Josephs moms for Christmas there! We had some Christmas breakfast/dinner, opened some awesome gifts and had many laughs!

After we left grandmas we went to a place near by called the loop of lights! Its a neighborhood that gets together and a couple of blocks decorate their houses and have a huge grand finale at the end! When we first got there the line was all the way to the main street so we decided to park the car and walk the loop instead of drive it which we are so glad we did!

Santa was there!!!

So was the Grinch, which Fayth-Lynn wasn't so excited about!

and even Frosty! Fayth-Lynn loved seeing Frosty!

This was an awesome house to visit, excited to check it out again next year!

There was even a professional photographer who set this up in his garage!
Love this photo (everyone is looking even though baby looks ticked off, and its just a very happy picture all around!)

Then on Christmas eve (Monday) we had the other side of the families get together where we ate some yummy food had some laughs, rode on the hay ride and wished all the neighbors a Merry Christmas, and then finished the night off with Santa making a pit stop to bring all the kiddos a little something before they headed to bed for the night!

Then of course there was the long awaited Christmas morning! I woke up really early that morning and waited patiently for the kids to get up and come running down stairs, but that didn't happen. I waited a good 2 hours and when 730am finally came around Alex came down stairs slowly and when he saw the tree and all the presents I got to witness the best looking face ever!

Grandma showed up not too long after 8 and I had Alex go upstairs and wake up his sister and daddy so the kids could open their gifts. Fayth-Lynn came down and had this "Its no big deal" look on her face which just made me giggle!

Look at all the stuff Santa brought these guys!
