Wow this week has been awesome and crazy and beautiful and all sorts of feelings. I was able to order Josephs fathers day gift this week I cant wait for it to get here (hopefully it gets here on time).
Then last Wednesday we had family home evening. We are teaching our kids about the 10 commandments and how important they are to our everyday lives. Alex is doing so great with them too he knows the 1st and the 2nd one and he is excited to learn them as well. Wednesdays FHE we did a scavenger hunt and the kids were so excited to find all the things on their lists. We then got the kids ready to go to their grandmas for a weekend filled with fun at grandmas and grandpas. So that left Joseph and I child free Thursday through Sunday which couldnt have been better timing since we had Josephs brother Jakobs wedding to attend and DJ at.
Then Thurday Joseph and I set the equipment up and we jammed out and sang karaoke with Josephs sisters Jazmine, Monique, and Makaila... we had a blast with them.
Friday was spent preparing for the wedding on saturday, I went grocery shopping in the morning and then spent the afternoon while everyone was at the church decorating, preparing food. Then Joseph and I had date night at home and on to saturday. We spent saturday morning preparing food and music for that afternoon.
Then on to the wedding which was absolutly beautiful the bride and groom are both amazing people we are so happy for them and we wish them a long beautiful life together. Sunday we were up and at church at 8am after church we decided to take advantage of having no kids and went window shopping since we never get to do that becuase the kids are always ready to go home... Then on to Monday I picked the kids up from grandmas and they missed their daddy so much so we went and met daddy for lunch we had McDonalds and then walked around walmart. Came home and spent a nice quite night at home. Then there is today... Kids and I hung out they did some drawing and played outside... Then daddy got home and they hung out with him while I went to the grocery store.
When i got home we had FHE we taught this kids about the 2nd commandment and what it means then the activity was learning about bugs and coloring pictures of them then kids went to bed and now here I am writing this. Tomorrow kids and I are going to work on their fathers day presents and grandmas birthday gifts we are so excited. Well until next week have fun all!!!
